Contract:
Once a course of action is decided upon, a contract is signed. This is where the terms of payment and copyright are worked out. These necessary legalities provide protection for both my clients and myself.

Next, I have a proposal form, much like a work-order, that lists the scope of the work and estimates the value. This needs to be signed by the client and faxed back to me before I can begin work. This proposal grants me the authorization to proceed.
